Convenient location, close to public transport and CBD. 7/11 and food options nearby. Good roommates and helpful staff. Clean showers.
No issues.

Nothing special at all. Actually looked around to find alternative accommodation as I was unhappy with the standard of Nomads.
The stairwell smelt of urine. The stairs looked like they were falling apart. The bed mattresses were just a bunch of springs and actually more uncomfortable than the ground. I have no guarantee that my bedsheets were clean, as they were already on the bed and actually were crumpled up, I'd rather have the sheets handed to me in person so I can put them on myself. Worst shower in a backpackers I've seen.

i love its strategic place since all areas are just walking distances.the housekeeper is very efficient thus explains the cleanliness of the room
i dont like the toilet coz they are quite dirty and the flush won't work that well.showers are limited as there are only 2 shower room that can be used at my floor.i thought the breakfast will be provided like always when u are in a hotel, unfortunately there is none for breakfast.i can only see free rice and pasta all day long but what i'm looking for is bread and some spread. i hate the linen and bedsheet though they are not dirty but u should use standardised linen and bedsheet i.e all bed have the same design and colour and give us a good quality of pillow not some old pillow

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being close to Southern Cross station and offering easy access to regional Victorian transport connections. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are sufficient. The rooms are cozy, with comfy beds and a unique touch of having cushions and books for a homely atmosphere. The availability of laundry facilities is also a plus.
The breakfast could be improved as the coffee is weak and the line for pancakes can be quite long.

It was a dormitory for 12, but its occupation ranged from 5 to 11, with an average of 6.5, it means that it was pretty nice to stay in a big room with half its occupancy. Staff was friendly and competent.
The electrical plugs were not very accessible, I relied on the kindness of other guest to plug my battery charger and laptop, I put an electrical extension that staff lend me, but it is too short.

Central location to trains, buses and trams
Wasn't very comfy to sleep at night. Needed more toilets and showers

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was to stay here. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the shared bathrooms with amazing views. Finally, the location couldn't have been better - right opposite a train line and within a short walk to the city center and southern cross station. And the best part? The included breakfast with delicious pancakes!
All was fantastic - nothing to improve!

We stayed at this backpackers' hostel and we loved it. Best aspects included the perfect location, close to everything such as transportation, grocery shops, food stores, convention centre and exhibition centre. Moreover, the free pancakes and doughnuts for breakfast were a great perk. The hostel's facilities were also excellent, including the big lockers, 24-hour reception, and plenty of bathrooms to use. Staff were friendly and ensured the cleanliness exceeded our expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, right opposite a train line and within a short walk to Southern Cross Station. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms with 8 bunk beds were comfortable and clean. I loved that the hotel had a bar on top with amazing views on the outside walls. Another highlight was the included breakfast with delicious pancakes.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The distance to the Southern Cross Station
Well, it's everything a backpackers inn would be. Loud kids running around and being drunk and loutish. My stay was decent until I got racially abused.

Felt Like Home
I had the best time at this hostel! It truly felt like home. There were always friendly people around, and the TV room was a big plus. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of amenities nearby. Even when I arrived late at night, the 24/7 reception was so helpful. The staff were amazing too, always ready to assist. I would definitely stay here again!

Meeting new and exciting/interesting people, from different parts of the world.
The beds are really squeeky, the place in general is a bit dirty.
